In 2015 Aeon, a nonprofit developer and manager of affordable apartment homes, will be renovating 10 apartment buildings in downtown Minneapolis (582 units).  Rosemary has been brought on board as a sustainable design consultant to promote design excellence and energy efficiency.  Learn more about Aeon


To combine the knowledge base and capacity of each, Concentric Architecture LLC and 4RM+ULA, a St. Paul architecture firm, are partnering to design culturally appropriate, precedent setting affordable supportive housing for 72 men in Minneapolis. Learn more about 4RM+ULA

Fresh Energy

Fresh Energy (a nonprofit promoting smart energy policy) and Aeon together with the National Housing Trust and the Natural Resources Defense Council launched the Minnesota Multifamily Affordable Housing Energy Network in 2014.  Rosemary has spent the past year working on this effort on behalf of Aeon. AIA Minnesota Housing Advocacy Committee

AIA Minnesota’s Housing Advocacy Committee works to address the issues of homelessness and affordable housing.  Rosemary, who has been actively involved for more than two decades, was recently featured in a video about the committee’s annual Search for Shelter Design Charrette. Preservation Alliance of Minnesota

Preservation Alliance of Minnesota advocates for the preservation of Minnesota’s historic resources.  Their Cornerstone Academy offers an Old Home Certified designation for Realtors®.  Rosemary teaches a class called “Why Old is Green:  Sustainability in Older Homes.” Learn more about Preservation Alliance of Minnesota
