The Alliance Addition development transformed an underutilized parking lot and vacant rooming house into 61 units of much needed affordable housing. The project, which is linked to Alliance Apartments, relocated and renovated a brick rooming house to provide ten new units. The adjacent site now hosts a very sustainable new four-story structure.
As Aeon’s project manager, Rosemary guided the project through design and construction, including engagement with the Elliot Park Neighborhood. Sustainability was a primary goal from the outset. Rosemary ensured that each design decision was both financially and environmentally responsible.
